Two ways to help Texas veterans become homeowners

Texas has several programs in place to help its veterans become homeowners … many of which can be used in addition to benefits from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.  I refer my clients to these resources from the Texas Association of REALTORS® and help them find out which programs they qualify for: TXHomePrograms.org Buyers can search more than 100 housing-related programs in one place, including home improvement loans, housing assistance, and land loans through the Texas Veterans Land Board.
